Post Doctoral Researcher
Department of Political Science, Aarhus University
I am a Post Doc in the Department of Political Science at Aarhus University. My research interests lie at the intersection of political economy and public opinion, with a strong focus on welfare state politics and socioeconomic inequality. I am driven by a fundamental interest in understanding the determinants of public support for the welfare state and how individuals’ experiences with it shape such attitudes. Methodologically, I combine statistical methods for observational data---including administrative data from Danish population registries---with experimental designs to test causal claims. My work has been published in leading journals such as the American Journal of Political Science and the British Journal of Political Science.
